Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE instore pick up and we also ship via Canada Post. All shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times are generally 5-7 business days. Canada Post will provide tracking information for all orders that are shipped. As soon as your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided in your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns for product being refunded or exchanged within 14 days from receipt of order. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, merchandise must be in original condition – unused, unworn and unwashed. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that sale items are final and may not be refunded or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
We are unable to accept merchandise purchased online at our retail store locations for exchange or refund. Please contact us to request a return.
